Technical Support Manager Texas

Technical Support Manager – Dallas

Our client is a world leader in the sheet metal fabrication industry, and they are offering the opportunity you have been looking for to advance your career, all while working with cutting edge equipment.

They are looking for new talent to add to their service group due to rapid growth, and they need to hire more people in order to keep up with the demand. They currently have an opening in their Dallas office for a Technical Support Specialist. This job will entail handling all inbound calls from customers and also technicians in the field, and handling their technical questions with regards to issue with the machinery. On a rare occasion, you may be sent out into the field to help out with a back log of Service work, but the majority of your time will be spent at the office handling all phone support. A big key to this role is that this person will need to be bi-lingual English/Spanish.

Regional Sales Engineer Texas

Regional Sales Engineer – Texas

Our client is a world leader in the sheet metal manufacturing industry and they are looking for a top notch Sales Engineer to add to their team. The territory covered will be the Southwest part of the United States so the ideal location would be the Dallas or Austin area but other areas would also be considered.

This territory is very strong for them, and finding the right candidate to fill this role is very important. Your day to day activities would be: reaching out to new and existing customers, organizing your daily and weekly visits and handling everything with regards to the Sales process.

This position can be very lucrative for the right person. Someone who has a good personality and demeanor, a strong sales moxy and is very organized and determined is what they are looking for. Applications Engineer

A globally known manufacturer of sheet metal fabrication equipment has partnered with us to help them find high quality Applications Engineers to be based out of Chicago, IL.

You can expect travel to range between 25% - 50% overnight. Travel will be by a combination of air and car travel. The job will consist of pre and post sales applications. You will assist with demonstrations and time studies on the machine in order to help close the sale and then you will also assist in training the new client and helping them get up to speed on how to properly use their new machine.

Field Service Engineer

A globally known manufacturer of sheet metal fabrication equipment has partnered with us to help them find high quality Field Service Engineers to be based out of a few different locations across the country.

Locations of need are:
- Chicago, IL
- Cleveland, OH
- Detroit, MI
- Los Angeles, CA
- Milwaukee, WI
(Relocation is offered and other locations will be considered)

You can expect travel to range between 75% - 100% overnight. Travel will be by a combination of air and car travel. The job will entail installation and also service of equipment at client sites. Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, along with other perks such as Per Diem while traveling.
